At The Arthouse, creativity and quality are the heart of our ethos.
As an independent business, we offer a casual yet refined dining experience, boasting an extensive selection of drinks, from specialty coffees to cocktails.
Stepping into our biophilic interior, thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing atmosphere, you'll find a captivating wall mural by the talented artist JAZZ STAN, accompanied by a curated collection of art.
Whether you're meeting friends, spending time with family, seeking a moment of respite, or simply grabbing a quick bite, we've got you covered. We're dog-friendly and offer essential amenities for new parent like baby changing facilities, high chairs and a microwave.
In our stunning Makers Space we host workshops and events during the autumn and winter seasons.

OUR MENUS
Our menu regularly changes to keep return visits fresh. We use quality ingredients and offer a variety of choices including a good mix of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
A wide selection of coffees, teas and soft drinks including iced lattes, alternative lattes, cold brews, iced tea and soft drinks.
During the day we also have an alcohol menu with a range of wines and cocktails.
Our evening menu is printed each week so varies regularly, so this menu is an example.
During the evening our menu is a curated selection of ‘small’ plates influenced by a wide range of culinary and cultural influences.
We also have small pot desserts.

We care about your dining experience at The Arthouse and want to ensure everyone feels safe and welcome. If you have any allergy concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with us prior to your visit. Our staff are well-informed and trained to handle food allergens, so feel free to approach them with any questions or requests before placing your order.
MAKE A RESERVATION
Friday and Saturday evening reservations only. We welcome walk-in’s too but bookings are encouraged.
A £5 per person non-refundable deposit payment is needed to secure
your booking. The amount paid will be deducted from your final bill.
All attendees must be over the age of 13 after 5pm.
We accept day-time reservations for tables of over 6 people via. email or Instagram.

OUR MAKERS SPACE
Our crypt is a multi-use space. We use it most days as an extension of our café restaurant but we also use it for events and creative activities. We have paused our workshops for the time being due to the cost of living driving down demand; but they will return. We are able to host private workshops for larger groups and as part of catered bookings for example hen and baby shower parties.
